I honestly prefer Goldsmith’s score over Horner’s score. Did have some pops, but overall, it was fine. -
Can anyone advise how to tell the difference between the black or green variant without opening the seal please?

My disc is off center, the pops are frequent and loud and the cover looks to similar to the Aliens lp they did a couple years back. Overall I'm underwhelmed

I'm pretty disappointed with the tracklisting on this tbh. The Main Title is not the one used in the film and several other cues from the actual film are missing. Also 'The Shaft' and a couple of other key cues are not the ones used in the film - although ittedly there were taken from another film 'Freud', they are still by Goldsmith and it would've been nice to have this attention to detail. Finally, the end credits are not the same as the ones used in the film. I know this is by Howard Hanson, not Goldsmith, but it would have shown a bit more effort had gone in. Some of the missing cues are on the 4LP version, but not all and certainly not enough to warrant $75. A missed opportunity.

I managed to walk away unscathed in regards to surface noise. quiet pressing, well done packaging. Super happy with this release and its quality. -
Should we make a listing for the mispress of the first disk being too big and hole being off?
