Edited 2 years agoVan Gelder stamp be damned, I've owned a VG+ A-77 and this is nearly identical. I do think the drums may sound better on the Club / MAS copy, but who knows. Happy to have a copy of this, a much more affordable mono 1st pressing. Sold my other for a pretty penny and feel no loss :)

My club copy appears to be regular weight cardboard and unlaminated, similar to the gatefold Beach Boys/Beatles titles on Capitol from this era.
