I don't know if this is the best, but there's something to be said about the quality of the OG. This is outstanding in every way particularly the performance and songs. Last great Talking Heads album following a string of amazing albums. -

While I only have this pressing purchased at release point years ago as a reference point, Little Creatures is a top quality sound recording. Wide soundstage, and distinct instrument clarity. Impressive pressing!

Another superb OG pressing from Talking Heads. Sadly, mine has a defect (like and indent) that causes a momentary lapse of quality, but it doesn’t take too much away from this stellar pressing. -
Wow, I'm glad I got this pressing. It seems people think it's the best original pressing so that's always a plus! I bought this for 4$ on oct.15 2015. Just shows you how much vinyl has gone up. Now the cheapest one is 12.50. 3x as much for just a 8 year gap! And I thought vinyl was getting big then! lol. Things change as it always does. Gotta just roll with the punches! -

Edited one year agoI've had bad luck with the Talking Heads albums that have been reissued on Rhino. They skip terribly. That being said, you just cannot beat the original pressings by the band. They still sound amazing! This one is no exception. Very well mixed and produced. Look for the original pressings, kids. All I'm saying here. -
Of the four Talking Heads albums I have heard this was the least interesting. Kind of a run out of ideas album. I'm sure Road to Nowhere made it onto the best of though.
