Edited 11 days agoWell, I just picked this up in prior to today I’ve never heard this pressing. I’ve heard a lot of other ones. I’ve owned the mobile fidelity, RL, classic, and I have to say this pressing is as close as you’re gonna get to any of those for a fraction of the money. Well, worth picking up unless you just really wanna spend hundreds to get 5% better Sound

Edited one month agoThis is fucking awesome. Drums and bass are so huge and with a lovely analog warm sound. RL is too expensive so I found this one and I am satisfied with this.

Edited one month agoI also have a 1977 Piros Presswell and while both pressings sound excellent this Monarch has something extra special. Having found a NM copy I stopped looking for an RL and have no interest in searching anymore - its that good.

Absolutely superb! Really puts to shame the mixed-down late Sixties version I've listened to all my life. I've still never heard the 'RL Hot Mix', but it's hard for me to imagine it could sound more brilliant than this release. Highly recommended!

Lucky to find this in a very clean condition. Super good pressing. Always thought the break down for whole Lotta Love was pretty silly till I heard this copy.

Picked this version based on a ton of research from forums and videos all over the web and damn, this mix did not disappoint. Everything is so crisp and sharp and the bass is heavy. George Piros for the win! Vinyl is crackly as all hell, but what do you expect for a record almost 50 years old? Just turn it up louder
