American mastering engineer, born March 15, 1919; died February 3, 1985, New City, N.Y. (age 65).

Known to have engineered at Atlantic Studios, New York City.

Founded Fine Sound, in Tomkins Cove, N.Y., with C. Command Classics series of recordings.

Retired from Atlantic Records in 1984.
