I got a MINT copy of this album a while back at a local record shop for ~$7, and I must say, the quality is great. the sound quality alone is great, but the lack of annoying surface noise blew my mind.. granted as I said it was mint, never played before, but i've had NEW records with noise behind everything, but this is great. 10/10 would recommend this pressing to anyone looking to buy this album

This is a nice pressing. Overall, I'd say it sounds as good, if not better than the Sam Feldman cut from 1977 for most tracks. But Feldman really nailed Country Girl. That particular track is a bit distorted on this cut. But there is tape damage on Almost Cut My Hair on the Feldman cut that is not present on this one. So pros and cons for each. The recent Chris Bellman remastering for the box set is also quite nice. I think that one resembles the Feldman mastering a little more than this Al Brown cut in that it is warmer sounding than the AB cut. Different flavors that all have merit. I like each of the four versions I own which are all slightly different (this, 1st Japan MT, Feldman 77, 2021)

Found a nm copy for $10. These sound great, no point in buying a repress if you can get a super clean copy of this pressing

How is this release any different than Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - Déjà Vu? Seems like they should be merged.

Remarkably good sounding for such an old pressing. Very full, deep low end and mid range with wide stereo spectrum. You can probably find this pretty afforadably, so snag it if you can find a clean copy!

It's the same issue on my original English gate-fold pressing, now more than 50 years old, so don't worry, just enjoy the wonderful music on both sides. If it was rare error, it could be worth a fortune!

I have a vinyl version, pressed in , with number 50001, SD 7200. No release date mentioned. Side A are the same songs as side B. Labels are right. Serious mispress I would say. No mentioning about it on Discogs. Anybody recognizes this?
