Edited 3 months agoThis pressing is proof that the quality of the sound isn’t in the thickness of the vinyl. These disc’s are very flimsy (I haven’t weighed them but I’d guess they’re around 120 grams each), yet they sound absolutely wonderful.
Thank god I bought this 20 years ago!
Update: I went ahead and weighed the records and they’re actually only 115 grams each. For comparison, around 150 grams is usually considered standard weight. -
This sounds better than the MOV pressing I have. The MOV is wonderful don't get me wrong, but this sounds more raw and the soundstage is a bit wider. Obviously they used this to make the MOV pressing, but the original comes out on top for me sonically

Undoubtedly among the top 5 albums with the best acoustic impact in my vinyl collection.

unbelievable soundstage! So impressive dynamic and punchy. Like you are in the middle of there concert in your own room.
The mastering of this version is just perfect. Very well made records usually sounds good on high-end equipment only. This LP sounds good on any system!

Was there another release with blue coloured vinyl? I’m wondering which version I’ve got because I can’t find a blue one on discogs -

Looks to be the same stampers as the MOV LP's. Best to buy those and save some $$$ I'd imagine -
This can perhaps be a french release. I've got a version with same barcode and same matrix/runout, but with the SACEM rights society on the label, indicating that the release was for the french market. Othervise I have an alternative release...
