i feel like i'm taking crazy pills, is there a typo on the hype sticker or am i losing my mind? "preffered"? is that on all or just a few of the OG pressings

Really cool pressing sounds great, and for anyone wondering what the tracks on the b side are it’s the final 3 tracks from the downward spiral reversed!
-
Decent press, well packaged. Some notable pops here and there but overall virtually no surface noise.

My copy bought "new" from Sydney record shop was very warped. Factor in $15 to get de-warped if buying mint and sealed....

I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere. The two lyric sheets are mirror images of each other. The red one's glossy text is the same as the blue ones regular text, and on the blue's glossy text being the same as the red one's regular text. If you have both it's really cool to compare them side by side.

Oh ya this sounds good. There are some complex and intertwining sounds on this thing yet it comes across crystal clear. The vocals are recorded kinda low and are a tad bit compressed, I think in part due to the many effects used. I actually think Reznor uses compression as a production tool so don't be surprised in the varying clarity of parts of the songs. This is why you must play this record loud as the sticker suggests because everything becomes more transparent then and the little nuances can be heard, there's all these little sound effects here and there that really add to the awesomeness of these tracks. Great recording. Super happy with the dense, intricately layered beats. What a great musical experience, there's so much to be revealed in this music. The drums sound killer too. I don't know how he does it. 10/10.
