For those wondering the USA mix is basically the same as the original with a few samples "Enjoy this trip" "overdrive" "No thats good" etc etc being redone, I presume for copywrite reasons. Although the ones replaced seem unlikely to cause problems. Gotta say that the USA mix's sound rather boring even though they are very similar to the original. -

I interviewed former UK quality engineer Stephen King where he told a story about the "PLATERS DO IT..." etching by platers at Lyntone. it is about the 19:54 mark here. -

This record was my first house 12" record to buy. My sister had the album and played it in her bedroom while getting ready for a night out, I was a little younger and could hear the music leakin into my room, I loved it! Hooked into house music from then on. Mark you were a genius and still are, Played the vinyl for the 1st time in years, oh the memories. Shortly after I started djing and blame S-Express, wouldnt change it for the world! -

love this tune. early acid house crossover that was all over the radio and in the nightclubs back in the day. classic piece of wax. -
OK, sure. Everyone's got the genuine article and at least one remix of this seminally-important track. What was 1988 is 2017 now and the Tuff City Kids Acid Dub Remix is the delicious essence of this track thanks to Jamie Jones' Hot Creations.

Another sample not listed here is the vocal sample "Overdrive" taken from Stacy Q's, "Two Of Hearts". -

"Uno Dos Tres Cuatro" is from Debbie Harry: " Feel the Spin" , not whats written there ! -
The images on this release show Platform 1 with text "Published by Rhythm King Music" on the label. Platform 2 has "Copyright Control All Rights Reserved" in the same space which is similar to S'Express - Theme From S-Express / The Trip (Microdot House Mix). The pictures look different, and as my copy has "Published by Rhythm King Music" on both side, I wanted to check whether the images were correct and my copy is a different release, or if the second image is incorrect.
Thank you
Ian
