Arguably, the best compilation of all Beatles music- so many classics that never made LP tracks all here , among some great rarities -
As other comments have said, sound quality is phenomenal, hopefully one day Apple reissues this set as these reseller prices are definitely too much -

A solid pressing, almost on par with the triple LP mono set. Good sound quality and nice, flat and centered vinyl. Some of these stereo mixes are a little flawed of course, but they are still enjoyable. This is the perfect companion to all the studio albums. Nice gatefold too, plus a very informative notes sheet. Overall grade: 8/10 -
Edited one year agoMy (sealed) copy had two of the third vinyl. So I’m missing vinyl 2 (sides 3 & 4). Anyone have the opposite problem?

Sounds brilliant and looks really nice. A phenomenal collection of songs, too. Certainly better mixes found here than on Past Masters. Highly recommended!

Quite pleased with the overall sonics on this compilation, the sound quality is considerably improved compared to the 1988 CD's I previously owned. There are two or three songs on the first LP (particularly "I'm Down") where it sounds like too much noise reduction was used, but again, overall, quiet pleased. My copy is flat and quiet, and plays nice and clean with no noticeable surface noise.
