Great sounding record. When the quality control was high, record it’s still flat and 0 warped. I’m not a Beatles hardcore fan but this record it’s a must have for any serious collector. Don’t buy new reissues it cost much more and have less soul.

bought the 2023 red and blue albums limited adition for christmas for me, best gift ive given to myself as a 19 yo xD

Bloody hell, this 1st pressing sounds magnificent ... took Parlogram Records up on his recommendation. Glad I did.

My favourite of the two- though I would swap ‘Fool on the Hill’ with ‘Hey Bulldog’.
Great additions of b-sides , ‘ Revolution’ / ‘Don’t let me down ‘ & ‘ Old Brown shoe ‘ .. that at time of release, wouldn’t have made it to the ears of casual buyers… and relegated to the rarities list for years. -
I recently got a copy of this album that's still sealed with the hype sticker! I know that it's a post 1976 US pressing. The back has the circular Capitol logo that they started using in 1976. But I was wondering if there are any ways to get an idea of which pressing of the album it is based off of looking at the front or back cover, if not exactly which plant it was pressed it, at least if the label would be the Apple or Capitol one? Thanks for whatever help anyone can provide.

This is a good sounding compilation and then the music is fantastic. If you find one, just take it and enjoy.

Can we just take a moment to acknowledge what an amazing compilation this is. It has to be the best Beatles album in any collection - I mean, how could it not! I grew up on this album - found a copy in good shape a few years ago and it sounds amazing. If you're only gonna own one Beatles record - this should be it.

Tim-o-Meter: 10/10
The Beatles are just as amazing as my review on the '1962-1966' release.....They are so influential, they were literally banned in Israel in 1964, because they thought they would insite mass hysteria among teenage girls......... That is incredible.
