Aside from being slightly warped I have no other pressing issues with mine. Sounds very dynamic and LOTS of bass. Very happy with this one. Killer sounds!
-
My copy sounds great, really good bass response and dynamics and sounds great even through high end headphones. Color is more of a translucent orange for sure but a really nice and original color that I don't have on any other in my collection. Grab this when you have the chance, great pressing

Edited 5 years agoMy copy sounds great. The bass is really good for 33 rpm. No warping, pops or other noticeable surface noise either.
Honestly my only complaint is that the transition between Sea Legs and Job Well Done is ruined by the side flip.
It's definitely translucent orange, not gold. Looks great. -

Great music. Dogshit pressing. I wasn't expecting an RVG produced jazz masterpiece. But fuck me. Sibilance. Distortion. Basslines like this should be on 2 discs to avoid these pressing issues.
-
This repress/reissue sounds great, well done - my copy has the hard squared off edges, (not tapered on the physical vinyl itself) and for some reason that feels like it is the only way it should be ;-). Also, does anyone actually think this is translucent "gold" and not orange? Very much orange imho.

Edited 9 years agoWow. Sounds amazing. Get It really pops out, and of course A Christmas Fucking Miracle - their best song to date. Buy this record!
-
Does anyone else have surface noise on their copy at the end of the title track? Between Mike's last "Run the jewels..." and "The goblins were awakened," there's some rough scratchiness that kills my ears. It's a shame, the rest of the record sounds great.
