My copy sounds great. I'm assuming I got a reissue since I bought it from RTJ's store just recently, and apart from one small scratch (likely from a bit of vinyl stuck in the sleeve, not from the press itself), it's flawless! Very clean, thick (probably about 160g) and smooth pressing. Excellent package as well. Definitely purchase if you're a fan of the album.

Edited 2 years agoTremendous album, mine sounds great, happy with it, RTJ are so consistently good. Also, mine came with an A4 piece of paper with a 'Killer Mike' logo scrawled on it with felt-tip pen, anyone else have this?

Was worried reading these comments after having ordered this from theRtJ website.
Got lucky i guess
Both discs were without warp
Almost completely free of any pops or clicks
The pressing lacks somedepth and could definitely be better but sounds good enough to not ruin the experience. (Played on an RT82)
Maybe more noticeable on a higher tier turntable idk -
Disc 1 was very warped. Disc 2 only slightly warped. Very disappointing on a brand new purchase. Packaging and vinyl color are sexy as hell, though!

Edited 3 years agoHave a slight cosmetic warp on my first disc but no issues with playback or surface noise throughout the album. I will agree where some people say that the mix is flat, save for one or two tracks there is a lack of depth that I was hoping to experience since I do really enjoy this album. Shame that this pressing run didn't come out as good as it could have. I still think it's a nice looking and decent enough sounding copy, but it didn't blow me away and it certainly isn't anything to write home about.

Edited 4 years ago"Made in Europe on Labels and Back-Cover." However there's an ink stamp on plastic wrap indicating the album was "made in Canada". About surface noise, it is present especially during the intro of the track D1. Unfortunately this album was pressed in a lighter than 180-gram vinyl.

I think mine sounds pretty good; maybe I got lucky. The sound is crisp and isn’t distorted and mine were not warped. The packaging is worth it alone. I’d say “Ooh La La” is the only meh sounding track on the album, but that song is already mixed in such a muddy way so it’s not too distracting. Not disappointed with this purchase!

After the long wait for the vinyl version to be released I was gutted that the sound quality was soo poor.
£30 for warped discs, half of each side is filled with the run out grove and it sounds so flat that I don’t listen to it which is annoying because I love the tracks. I also have RTJ1-3 and they sound awesome
