Edited 11 months agoEdit after listening in my loud speakers. One of my favorite albums. Top 20 or 30. Mids are insanely good. However, I just cranked this up in my loudspeakers for the first time and - in my system, this could use some more low end and bass which would make it more crankable overall. It sounds great up to about 90 DB but over that it can get a bit peaky in my room. Don't get me wrong, this is a phenomneal sounding record but not my best when LOUD.
Headphones rating: 11/10.
Loudspeakers: 9.5/10. -

Mine doesn't have a printed inner but it's HUTLP2. Anyone else? Should it be set up as an additional release?

Light surface noise, but otherwise excellent. The drums really pack some punch, and the quieter ages play out nicely. Not played this since the late 90’s as I didn’t have a working TT until a couple of years ago. Been discovering some great LP’s all over again! Loved this then, and love it again now!
