Another superb MOV issue. Dead quiet heavyweight vinyl, well balanced and beautifully packaged.

TL;DR: wonderful pressing, buy it over the CD!

Gotta said that this pressing has an excellent mastering. Even the source audio is questionable, i am pretty sure is from a digital source but with no access to the individual instrument tapes. That will be the low light of this pressing: song transitions (such as "One last time" to "Spirit Carries On") feels cut. You can even notice the sudden mute.

Back to the mastering of the music, it's beyond wonderful. Compared to the CD version, i can truly say that Vinyl version does not want me to put volume down after the first 5 minutes of the album. With CD, i need to stay alert when to readjust Volume levels. Such annoying thing.

As an important note, this is the 3rd MOV pressing I own (the other 2 are Blackwater Park and De-loussed in the Commatorium) and I blindly could buy more MOV releases without being worried about lack of noise or bad quality in media/gatefold. I am pleased!

Anyone familiar with this album knows it ends with a the sound of a broken record. What makes this pressing interesting is they didn't place a runoff at the very end of the record, forcing the stylus to skip at the end, causing the broken record sound to actually be broken and the listener to shutoff their turntable once they realize it is never going to end.

              Awesome touch.
