I don't know if I'm just unlucky, but EVERY copy I've tried of this (about five now, even mint ones) have a lot of surface noise on the title track, and cleaning doesn't fix it. Anyone else experienced this? -
To me this version sounds utterly beautiful. Not just because, but also especially for a record nearing 50 min total play time, originally recorded in the fifties! Trust this remaster -
A bit dull and flat sounding on my system. Never trust a remaster! Cannot compete with the original 7" I have from this album (it was also released as a series of EPs). Still for £1 from a charity shop I'm happy.
