Edited one year agoReally like the sound of this pressing. Very forward and up front vocals with very clear and distinct instruments. Similar to the early Al Brown US cut. More aggressive than the slightly laid back and well respected Sam Feldman cut from 1977. Doesn't have the tape damage present on the Feldman cut on Almost Cut My Hair. Not overly bright but has a little more tape hiss than the AB and SF.. Just a really enjoyable and loud, gritty listen. Love the couple of early 70s Japanese 1st pressings I have (MT series Zeppelin).
