This is not a hot pressing BUT since its a japanese one, you can turn up the volume with no risk of distortion. Very precise, frome the lows to the highs. Nobody's Fault But Mine and Tea for one are incredible, nice punchy drum. But, on this album, it is very the bass of John Paul Jones that shines the most.

This is one perfectly mastered record . Im amazed by the low freq depth and tonal quality . The vocals and solo shines . I bought without the obi but the vinyl is in great condition . Recommended pressing for Led Zeppelin - Presence -
WOW! I was blown away by this one. I’ve never heard Bonham sound so unbelievable. His kit sounds so full and the bass drum punches you in the gut. Page’s guitar parts are just fierce and cut through the mix. JPJ’s bass hits HARD! Achilles Last Stand is absolutely incredible. This pressing has given me a new appreciation for this album. Even on the weaker cuts, you can really hear the talent of the band.
I would not hesitate picking this one up. For a rock record, I wouldn’t hesitate classifying this as “audiophile” worthy. -
These US Stampers really sound fantastic. What detail and definition. Nice, clear bass and great separation. Buy one if you can find it.

Edited 2 years agoI love this album, and this issue. Very fine pressing. Bass is OMG. This pressing has got body, soul. Not cheap, not easy to get one in excellent condition, but If u can, u will be never sell it... Maybe this is my favourite LZ album with the SongRTS album in japan pressing. -
Edited 3 years agoYou can't really argue with this! US metal work, Japanese vinyl = perfection. You'd be hard pressed to find a better pressing. Buy it cheap while you can. There are still plenty of cheap NM copies, but people are paying $200+ as well haha
