A lot of people are listing these as no-cover or generic-sleeve. Is it possible they are assuming the real cover to be generic?

One of the best albums from the irreverent, pseudo-band Public Image Ltd.

Highlights include "Rise," the single from the album; "Home," with the post-punk snarl the group is synonymous with; and "Ease," a song that broods like Joy Division, and what they may have sounded like come 1985 (with signature John Lydon vocals, of course).
