The LPs came with German catalogue numbers, but were pressed in . Made in by Pathé Marconi.

    There are also early examples with the same pressing and matrices, but distributed with a top loading British-sourced numbered gatefold sleeve, with the same British-style font used for the number. There is also a small gold foil Odeon/EMI sticker on the back (located in the top right corner).
