Extasy (What Is It?) as mentioned was a big tune in the Rave Warehouse scene in the early 90s in the UK. Great breakbeat Techno track which still sounds fresh to this day.

Edited 3 years agoTwo great tracks on this 12" with very different styles, Feel It" is more of an uplifting track with a great piano line, that comes in and out as the track drops into a melodic bassline with some nice synth stabs etc, that give a great contrast to the piano. "Extasy (What Is It?)" is a deeper darker track with its driving breakbeats, dirty bassline and synths, big Warehouse vibe on this track.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about this track! It is Definitely going into the crate! In the mix, the "extasy" sample builds the groove so well!

This was a big set of tracks around the pirate radio and warehouse circuit in the UK. There are two choices. Funky NY garagey house with a piano and sax breakdown on one side, which is clubbier and suited more for those types of dancefloors. And a solid, warehouse breakbeat house / techno track - in them days us UK folks often called it freestyle house. Dirty bassline, galloping beats, sweeping synths and cut up vocals. With obligatory ''we are about to take...Ecstasy'' samples. Massive tune in the south eastern quarter of the country. Essential and often overlooked How & Little / Nu Groove Records production. It's rough and ready and the UK bods always liked rough and ready.
