This is without a doubt, the best sounding RSD Release in 2025. S. Marcussen is ri my list of mastering engineers, getting up there with the giants in the business. Clean, clear, crisp sound without sibilance or EQ-ing tricks.

I was lucky enough to get a copy of this pressing after RSD thanks to the kindness of a random soul from the SHF. It seems quality control reports are all over the place.

All I can say is this copy has no major warping, absolutely no skipping and very minimal surface noise only noticeable between tracks. I find the mastering to be top notch. Mine is a great pressing.

I will just add that mine has lost a star from the vinyl clearly not being well pressed. I noticed the 2nd time I took it out that the vinyl were both dished without me doing anything and I see so many people with problems either up front or over time. Really not worth the money and RGM should go back and redo it as well as replace peoples ones. Terrible for an RSD release where you just have to put the effort in.

          Piss poor quality control.
Tons of skips, slightly warped. Even cuts out of a speaker briefly a few times.
          And that’s not my system.
          Huge bummer.
I’ve waited forever for a reissue of this, and I feel totally ripped off.

Oh COME on. Warped. What an absolute shame. Skips all through side A. Tested on a 1200 with a mid-range AT cart. Where is the quality control!?

My copy is perfection. The pressing is top notch, flat, silent, and pristine. Why this only had a pressing of 2000 copies is a mystery. A crime. We need more Dada. All of their albums are out of this world. Why have we had to wait so long?!? MORE!

This is one of those releases I know like the back of my hand, having listened to the CD hundreds of times. A few pleasant surprises on my system, revealing a couple of details I had never heard on other players. It's a great mix with with good stereo separation and ample bass.

I, too, am so happy this was finally issued on vinyl, where it belongs. None of my local stores ordered a copy, so while waiting in line on RSD, I needed to insure my success, so I paid top dollar from a scalper, $148 out the door, over discogs.

The product is stunning with lovely swirled vinyl discs, clean inner sleeves, excellent graphics on a quality gate fold outer. I get rumble in the dead wax between tracks (Nagaoka MP200 cartridge). Both discs have the slightest dome warp, but not a deal breaker. I just got to Side C and there are numerous skips throughout three songs, even after meticulous washing, brushing, needle cleaning, etc. Looks like I have one good disc and one bad disc. Crap!

[update] I informed my seller who referred me to Real Gone who immediately dispatched a replacement Disc 2. The new disc still has a few skips throughout, but it is a great improvement. Raising my rating back up to a 4.25

Wow! Great sound quality, and a great record. I hadn’t heard this before RSD and grabbed it after seeing all the great things said about it. And yeah there are some demo level songs on this thing, however I have some non-fill issues on mine, nothing too distracting, but definitely noticeable.

OMG. This record sounds fantastic. I haven’t played the cd in years, it’s packed away. This is better than that. I played the jazz dispensary right before it. I love those Craft records. It didn’t sound anything like this.
