This original 1990 pressing is stunning across all three LPs. Don't believe the dogma over the digital mastering ... believe your ears.

Edited 10 months agoI have the gold stamped promo and it sounds great. I don't know if it's the mastering or what but this sounds much better than both my original US CD and Japanese CD reissue. If you look at the scans included with this DIscogs entry of the back cover, the promo stamp is in the lower right corner. I don't think this 3 LP set ever had a general release in 1990...
