Great soundtrack to a great movie! I am very happy i own this, the Park Hyatt Tokyo card is such a nice thing to have. Both vinyl records sound amazing, almost zero background noise, but i have two very loud clicks on C1, probably something stuck in there. Will try to clean it, hope it does the job.

Edited one year agoReally fascinating how many more Europe copies of this seem to be owned by folks, and how many more copies of it seem to be for sale, as opposed to US copies. Like nearly three times as many people have this Europe release, and there are 5 times as many copies for sale! Was it released in greater quantities on the continent? Surprising choice, if so.

Great quality, but I'm a bit disappointed that Bily Murray isn't singing More Than This (the other actors don't do their songs either, but that's ok).

Edited one year agoAmazing sounding RSD pressing! FYI, not only is the card a wonderful addition but for those who don't know there is a hidden message on the spine inside the cover.. i won't type what it says, but have a read ( under a good light as it's hard to read in the white font ) and for fans of the film you will know :)

Have not listened to the discs yet but I am stoked to have this as its my favorite movie. I also have the purple pressing from a few years back.
I almost wish they had pressed this on color vinyl, but oh well.
The hotel card included is a nice touch! There were actually two cards in the envelope that I had in my LP - just duplicates. I wonder if since I got two, someone else got none? Haha - if anyone just received an envelope with no card, let me know! -
These LPs sound fantastic! Really, major props! Wish it was gatefold but the note card was a really sweet touch. This'll be a cornerstone of my soundtrack collection.

Wasn't expecting this to sound as good as it did! Steller mastering job, love the obi and bonus hotel card

I'm in awe how this deluxe RSD 2lp pressing got hardly any attention when just a couple years back, RSD reissued the 1-disc version on violet vinyl and sales went upwards to $200+ (now has come way down to around $65 since the black reissue came out). Theories?

Awesome pressing. I just noticed theres a quote from the movie written on the inside of the sleeves spine! Very cool
