On sale for $11 on VMP's website right now. I'd pick this up quick if you haven't already, I doubt stock will last. https://www.vinylmeplease.com/products/bright-eyes-im-wide-awake-its-morning

Dead quiet vinyl. It’s so silent that I fell sleep for 6 hours straight at the middle of the listening session.
Now, jokes apart, I’m looking forward to getting this one with a 3 months subscription of VMP. I hope that the stock lasts until December. -
This is a wonderful record. That said, when people say "dead quiet" or "silent", we get into territory where words no longer have meaning. Very few records are "dead quiet" or "silent". Incidentally, CDs are absolutely silent and dead quiet. Close to 100% of records will have some noise, and this record is no exception. But it is a very quiet pressing, which is vital for music that is so quiet. This recording is the first time I've ever listened to this album and I enjoyed it greatly. This record is beautiful to look at. Artwork is stunning and a nice booklet is included.

Yeap. Believe the hype, it's real. Little to no surface noise (it'd be fair to assume dust over real imprinted noise, really) straight outta the sleeve, nice dinamycs, detailed sounding pressing.
The color and the packaging are great. I'm not even a Bright Eyes fan, but this is surely one to keep.

Can anyone confirm if this is the same pressing that was released just 5 months later thru Dead Oceans?
I understand this is a red marble colored pressing whereas the November release is like an olive color. I just know VMP pressings have made their way onto later releases sold outside their site/club in the past.
Plus, it seems senseless to release two different pressings barely 5 months apart from one another, you know?

Fantastic copy. This album was early proof that Conor Oberst was/is a terrific writer ("I keep drinking the ink from my pen")
One of those albums that you always meant to get, but somehow didn't yet. Side 2 has been spinning on repeat since I received it in the mail.
Dead quiet pressing. Perfectly flat and clean out of the box. Another home run from VMP from a curatorial and quality pressing perspective. The dude abides. -
Dead quiet pressing. Looks awesome when held up to light. Not my vibe but was a formative album for my girlfriend, who swooned over this pressing. The listening notes are especially nice as they actually have a mini Q&A with the band, not just a fan's musings on the album.

What a nice deep red color, good songs, with the lead singer's slightly fragile voice.
Again, the graphic work is absolutely fantastic from VMP. -
