It's personal taste but I prefer the later Slave albums, particularly "Stone Jam", "Just a Touch of Love" and "Show Time". With this album, it sounds like they hadn't properly got into their stride in of songwriting, but of course the bass line on the track "Slide" is an absolute classic.

Slave's Debut Album is A Beauty! Heavy unadulterated Funk from Start To Finish, Even the ballads towards the end are Funky and Worthwhile To Listen To. Great Record. The Bassline On Slide, Is off the Charts. Classic
