My copy has US stampers on both sides, but side B plays infinitely better and clearer than A, which sounds dull and muddy in comparison.

This is the pressing to get I think. Some US pressings (that use the same stampers) sound really muddy due to worn stampers. Gave up shopping for US copies and recent reissues and picked up this pressing. No need to search anymore, this is the one.

Superb, a sonic treat. Plays very hot tho, almost too bright if that makes sense. Regardless I’m splitting hairs to be fair. This is a definitive pressing of a great album. Japanese quality start to finish quiet vinyl and thick heavy card jackets.

I love this record. How could you not? I have several versions including the 45rpm 2LP Pallas pressing. It’s considered the best of the best. This version is widely considered a VERY close second. I play this one most because I get tired of flipping every two or three songs. This is a great pressing all around

The best of both worlds - japanese vinyl quality, meaning really quiet and US mastering. Extended lows and great dynamics. Cannot compare to original US pressing, but sounds amazing compared to new EU pressing (from digital), which was scratched up straight out of the jacket.
