The original master tapes were never returned by Power Exchange, so the only versions of stranded/no time that were cut from the original tapes are the original fatal records 7" and the uk power exchange 7" version. All other versions come from 2nd hand sources, including any pressing of their debut LP and sound a bit muted in comparison. -
Great songs but kind of a muted sounded recording, particularly on the title track. I know it's a punk record but many of these original Harvest punk Lps are excellent sounding (Wire, etc). Anyone else have this experience?
