And who noticed what the monkey in the top right corner of the front cover is carrying? Santana’s self titled black & white Lp with the Lion on the cover.
I can’t tell what record is in the monkey’ tail who’s at the top right corner of the middle blue central area on the back cover. Anyone know? I’m guessing it’s another Santana record. -
I have a copy of this record that has a label at the back that says "For Governmental Sale Only" Does anyone know anything about this?

I enjoy this LP. It may have less rock but has plenty of Latin flavor. The guitar takes second fiddle on some of the tunes, but as a whole it is still unmistakenly Santana. He has a lot of hits, so I shouldn't put too much on Europa but it is definitely a signature song. (Great album artwork too.)

The worst LP from Santana so far in my comprehensive collection. It lacks the usual spirit of Latin Rock. Santana is trying out Soul Funk. This experiment was completely going down the drain. Awful soul-funk jingle jangle. The only Santana Song on this LP is the sob stuff Europa. This tells everything about the quality of music Santana is delivering with this LP to forget.

Awesome gatefold artwork plus two of the coolest album sticker labels i've ever seen: band photo with island rainbow split vertically with the song info on side A, and cheetah eyes split horizontally with the song info on side B. Tadanori Yokoo (album designer and artist), you are very, very cool.
