Duran Duran – Notorious

Another great album that is fun and sounds good. I can't help it, the original release just sounds better than the newly released or remastered ones. The sound seems richer, more colorful, maybe organic to me. I recommend it.

This is a great press… very dynamic the way it should be

Sound quality on this is great. A must for the Duran Duran collection.

Very happy with this pressing. It (along with the debut, Rio, Seven And The Ragged Tiger and Big Thing) all sound fantastic.

This one is 100% identical to Argentinian 2022 pressing, same stampers/ engraving, labels, inlay, sleeve, not at all a Chile pressing... it is sealed with no booklet, this is the only difference

any comment about the sound quality? as far as i the old duran duran mixes weren't the best

Bought the LP for the mixes. The OG which was mastered by Bob Ludwig knocks this out of the park. A bit disappointing to find El Presidente mix is not here. Pick up the OG if you just want the album.

In my opinion 1 of there best albums.
Produced by Nile Rodgers one of the greatest producers, together with the band, it brought them back on top.
Record is mastered by Bob Ludwig, than you know it’s gonna sounds fantastic.

Although this is supposed to be the 2010 remaster it sounds a little louder and more punchy than the older 2010 cd. Anyone notice that?
