Sounds great, but that static cling in the printed inner is a bruiser. Be careful pulling it out…the sleeve isn’t tight, it’s just static cling.

Much like others I would have to say the sleeve is flimsy and trying to take the record out of the protective sleeve in the case was nearly impossible almost causing me to rip it open but I got it out.

The revolution will not be televised ..but the packaging will be flimsy.
So, as Dr. Hibbert says: "cheers to Gil Scott-Heron and this killer compilation! ..jeers, to this lousy packaging".

Maybe a bit harsh on the vocals in places, but that could be the source material also. Good lows, and pretty clear sounding all around. No surface noise to be heard on my copy whatsoever, and no eccentricity. A quite nice pressing, and the sleeve seems more sturdy than many others. Good quality, glossy print on the sleeve.

Great music, bad pressing when it comes to my copy. Sounds like a campfire at times, cleaned it and hit it with my milty a couple of times. Too bad.

Copy is eccentric. Had to file out the spindle hole. Decent quality pressing apart from that, not much noise after cleaning.

Cheaply made but sounds ok. Mine has al lot of surface marks from the factory but most of them aren't audible.

Bluebird was an RCA in-house budget reissue label, so I'm curious about the "digital remastering"...
