Notes
The English rock band The Beatles existed from 1962 to 1970 and recorded 12 studio albums.
Help! is the fifth studio album by British rock group The Beatles, released on August 6, 1965, in the UK. In , the album was released on August 12, 1965, as their ninth album, including compilations.
The first side of the album contains songs from the film of the same name. The film was released in German-speaking countries under the title Hi-Hi-Hilfe!. A modified version of the album, containing only songs from the film, was released in the US on August 13, 1965. The UK version of Help! was released on CD in the US on July 21, 1987.
The 1987 CD release features a new stereo mix of the album by original producer George Martin, most prominently distinguished by increased reverb and adjusted panning. This mix has since become standard for reissues, barring the initial Canadian CD, the 2009 box set Meet The Beatles! (Japan Box), all of which feature the original 1965 stereo mix.
This master is for the 14-track version with all tracks performed by the Beatles. A similarly titled 12-track soundtrack album was compiled by Capitol in the US, which consisted of seven Beatles tracks and five instrumentals performed by Ken Thorne And His Orchestra. For the 12-track soundtrack version, see The Beatles - Help! (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack).

Does anyone know if this 072 is the same as the 062 pressing from 1974? -

Ps. Dizzy Miss Lizzy sounds like Ringo's cymbals are a damn waterfall while John vocals are loud and crisp up front. Best I've ever heard this track -

Personally, it's the title song alone that sounds lousy to my ears--not muffled exactly, but just weirdly mixed in a way that makes for painful listening. But the rest of the record--side 1 included--sounds fine to me. -

All I can say is wow!! This is a spectacular sounding pressing - definitely the best Stereo pressing I’ve heard (and I’ve heard quite a few 😉). The bass is phenomenal - as are the guitars and I’m hearing things I’ve never heard before. Well worth seeking out especially while it’s relatively cheap.
I have the Hor Zu 2nd pressing of Magical Mystery Tour and the German Stereo Die Beatles (Please Please me) and the ‘85 DMM White Album - and now this ‘77 pressing of Help! - and all 4 are brilliant! The big question is…are there other German Beatles pressings worth seeking out? -

Solid pressing. Well balanced and very quiet vinyl. Dynamics are better than average for sure. It is a bit polite. It lacks some of the punch of early UK reissues but if you pick it up it’s not going to disappoint you overall. -

Very nice reissue that sounds very clean, clear, and balanced, much better than recent reissues in my view. The voices are beautiful and smooth, the instruments sound natural when needed and raw with a sharp edge when called for like with Dizzy Miss Lizzy.

This is a stellar pressing and probably the best one I've heard so far...highly recommended :)
