"Zero" is an odd catalogue number, so i guess it somehow predates the creation of the label (maybe a "test" release, as the name says)?
The classic "at war" is on here, a diss track against a huge german 90s label.
      Rough gabber-terror-stuff.

Why would Lenny Dee put out an anti-Rotterdam track (B1 The Harder, The Better) if he cooperated with Paul on ROT 033, both in the year 1994? And would continue to cooperate with Paul?

The Harder, The Better stabs at Rotterdam & was surely felt in that camp. It inspired DJ Paul to release 'Evil Maniax ‎– The Creators Of Hardcore' which even samples the lyrics from this release as a response (most notable in Rob Gee's remix).
