Kotzaak Unltd. is a German Terror/Hardcore Techno label from Frankfurt am Main (since 2017 operated by Miro Pajic from Berlin). It was founded in January 1994 by The Bastard and distributed via PCD (Planet Core Distribution). The story behind the name: Marc Trauner (Marc Acardipane) and Slam Burt (Thorsten Lambart) sat in a Dutch hotel and watched TV, a Dutch movie with English subtitles. They read "asshole" and wrongly heard "kotzaak". Later they found out that the correct Dutch word for "asshole" is "klootzak". |

On the B-Side of KOTZAAK666 there is this etching ''1996 will be the year of Kotzaak Unltd. Be prepared for the allstars: Frank Dogge, Stickhead, Don Demon, Bold Bob, Leathernecks, Jack "Kill Da Spliff" Stanton!'' and some other text too. But does anyone know what was planned for or where Jack ''Kill Da Spliff'' Stanton took part in? -
At one of the first big Nordcore parties in the 90s, Kotzaak was announced as being "from the deepest swamp of P". And this is true. Verily a part of P, but with a dark edge, psychotic, homicidal. Tracks from the hells below, demon inspired compositions, it's all there. One of the most extreme Hardcore outings in its time (and even today), but with that special P approach, deliberate production, slick, and, if I dare to say, emotional and lucid inbetween the all-out assaults of thundering drums, screams and distortion. Kotzaak gained a cult following quickly, and it's fans are beyond loyal, and their numbers are growing to this day.

Argueably the consistently finest extreme hardcore and terrorcore label in history. Every release deserves far more recognision than they will ever recieve, and i canoot single out any specific material as outstanding as all the releases are excellent. Well worth a blind purchase for anyone into hard electronic dance music.
