When I was first listening this album (around ten years ago ) I figured at the end of A side, I did forget my cup of coffee beside me. For those who know McLaughlin only from Mahavishnu could be a surprise. For me as well. I am not still full of this music and belongs to my lovest ever. The mix is funny - guitar on the right ( out of speaker ), drums little bit in the middle from right, sax on left (direct from speaker) and bass on left to the middle. Drums like echo guitar. Bass is loudest from all instruments, but clear and transparent. Very good sound, excellent pressing. Essential record.

My copy of this album has a clear (P)1969 on the matrix/run-out of both sides of the disc, as is also mentioned in the remarks of this entry.
