East Coast Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Scranton mono pressing, identified by the initials IAM in a triangle, stamped in the runouts.
The mono mixes of the songs were done at a different time and are different than the stereo mixes. This mono release was simultaneous with the first release of the stereo version.

Tower Records altered the songs on the album from the original British release to include their single See Emily Play, and dropped the songs 'Astronomy Domine', 'Flaming' and 'Bike' from the record.

Also, track title for A2 is printed incorrectly as "Pow R. Toch" on both label and cover sleeve.
Track title for A3 is incorrectly printed as "Take Up My Stethoscope and Walk" on both label and cover sleeve.
Note: Correct track title for A2 is "Pow R. Toc H" (no period after the letter "H")
