Edited one year agoIt’s crazy that this record is less valuable than the other blue label Tricks Theme record that came out 5 years later?!

Got this new when it first came out... I kept it all these years because its such an amazing piece of music !

I'm always fascinated by the roots of samples in these tracks that I love. Icey did an amazing job taking this house vocal and turning into a early 90's break anthem. He also hid some of the beats and other parts in that must have been present in what he sampled. Here the original track here:

" I got something i wanna sing, let me sing it to yoooooooou, loud, loud "
" When i get the feeling it goes through my head, makes me feel good and makes me wanna say, i start to shout and sing it out and say yeah yeah, yeah yeah "
ANTHEM ALERT! Way ahead of its time and vocals to die for, sampled by Dj Vibes on breakbeat hardcore track Sing It Loud this is a must for any old skool conousieur, nice steady breaks that will have hands in the air in next to no time.
Pure euphoria.. -
Trick's Theme takes the cake on this one. This one still gets love in the club and raves all over. The vocal just makes you feel good. The flip-side tracks are both old-skool breaks. The Feeling does start off with a hard pounding house bass - but I would recommend mixing out after the chick is done saying "I feel, I feel, I feel ..."
-
Perhaps one of the most important DJ Icey's records, specially "Trick's Theme". Even though I prefer the song titled "Love".
