This is IT! The punch in the face, the definite Ramones record, the one who takes no prisoners. Gimme gimme shock treatment, the perfect motto for this one. They never again sounded that raw, fresh and alive. Not one single filler, hit after hit, storming, as if the F-train itself runs over you. Perfect. I love all of their records, but this one stands out. R.I.P, guys. -
Edited 4 years agoThis is a nice sounding pressing. Good master. Ans good definition in all frequencies. My copy has a silver colour mark: demonstrational copy not for sale.

I have Two copies of this one. The Promo copy with the "Variant 2" etched, and another one with "CSM JANOS" after the matrix numbers.

I just did some looking and I think that the later cassette pressing of this album with the M5 6031 catalog number is from 1980. The J-Card features the same cover as the 1980 LP.

I have 3 versions. 1) with carbona not glue (SA-7528-USA), 2) with babysitter (mentioned on cover, label and lyrics - SR6031-England), 3) with sheena is a punk rocker (Philips 6370809 - No print on record or label. Just picture-The Netherlands)
