This is really disappointing after the excellent Closed Circuit. Only tracks I like are Interchange and Silence Of Night. The album on the whole has a really different style to Closed Circuit.

Electronic Eye is one of the many names Richard H. Kirk uses to bring us his electronica, Sandoz being another one, and we all know Cabaret Voltaire, pioneer group he was a member of until the early 90’s.
With some twenty solo albums after his name it’s not easy to know where to start but this Idea of Justice from 1995 on Beyond label is considered a milestone in intelligent ambient techno. I know ambient techno might not sound very complementary but be assured that this an absolutely delicious album.
Electronic Eye is, yes, Richard H.Kirk. The tracks sound like Sandoz or Nitrogen, they aren't bad (some kind of industrial house funk) but too long and sometimes they get a little boring.
