Way too lo-fi and not very futuristic sounding in my opinion. The sounds are kind of dry and not many synth sounds or effects. Reminds me of Wishmountain. His stuff after this in the 2000's became much more futuristic and advanced.

I recently picked this up and I was totally blown away with the sheer quality of every track it holds. The perfect blend of club and slower paced electro is combined with some down right funky bass loops and eccentric analogue action. Killer.

Some quirky, some downright rude the fifteen tracks and interludes crammed on this jam packed two disc set from Clatterbox make this a justifiably sought after release. With excellent production throughout that sounds as fresh as the day it was made. A definitive moment in Clear's history and indeed a milestone in UK electronica. Full respect.
