Saw this on the wall of my local record shop. Caught my eye because it has the same font and color as Derrick Harriot- Psychedelic Train. Really glad I picked it up, its a super enjoyable album and a phenomenal pressing. Great dynamics and clarity -
Edited 3 months agoAmazing midtempo to uptempo instrumental latin funk LP - every jazz funk collection should have this. Serious percussion and melodies, great soulful energy with some nice vibes and flutes layered over the top. Highlighted heavy funky tracks... 'Chitterlings Con Carne', 'Yaina', 'Inside The Corn' - 7/10
