"Music" is a great track, it just captures & encomes the Belgium Techno sound at the time, driving beats, big hook in this case a dark sounding piano riff, synths to add a different dynamic in parts. When you listen to this track it just brings back images of those dark sweaty clubs with everyone just going for it, simply fantastic.

I bought this when it first came out in 1991 and it came in a silver and blue R&S cover, not the purple one.

Man just to think, good music like this was at clubs back when my car (1991 Mazda Miata) was brand new......wish I was my age now (21) but back then......born too late....or hell most likely I was reborn. This is another wonderful classic and when in my opinion Cj Bolland was at his best 1990-1991.

Another classic R&S release, this time from CJ Bolland and Steve Cop, with two techno stormers strictly for the dancefloor. "Quest" is a 303 induced piece of acid techno, brain trippy, psychotic sound which is more experimental but dancefloor at the same time. "Music" is a more melodic funkier warehouse techno sound more dancefloor friendly, with those familiar Kevin Saunderson style stabs and galloping, gut churning 909 drum beats, and funky bass undertones. This was played across the aboard as far as genres go, from house sets, techno to full-on hardcore-rave sets. Classics from the golden era of R&S, techno, and electronic music in general.
