I think these pressings are from earlier than 1970. The 'Sold in the UK...' text was discontinued on record labels before 1970. The Beatles Abbey Road from Sep 1969 does not have this text, Yellow Submarine from earlier 1969 does.
My copy of S.F. Sorrow has the same inner sleeve as the Blue / Black label Columbia first pressings, advertising Sgt. Pepper, Floyd - Piper, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Seekers, Lulu etc. Nothing later than 1968. I'm absolutely certain it's hasn't been swapped.
I speculate that these pressings are from early - mid 1969, right when the label design crossed over. I wouldn't rule out that they could have been sold alongside the blue / black label Columbia pressings when first released, going by the inner and label text. It's definitely from very few months later at the latest.
