I think I first came across Bob Brozman through David Grisman and the Tone Poems album. I enjoyed him there but when I got this album on cd I enjoyed him in this setting more I think. There are quite a few good songs but it's top heavy in my opinion with the best songs being the first few. Shimmy Like My Sister Kate being my favorite and probably my favorite version of the song in general. It was definitely one of the albums I wanted when I got back into buying vinyl and I'm glad I did. A great listen.
