Awesome release of WAR 'Why Can't We Be Friends?" (50th Anniversary Collector's Edition) Box Set. I waited 3 hours in line at Amoeba Records Hollywood to get it. This is my favorite War album but all of them are great! I love this album and it should of won a Grammy back in 1975. The long versions of "Low Rider", "Don't Let No One Get You Down", "So", and the making of "Why Cant We Be Friends?" are all so great to hear for the first time!. Man, "Low Rider" sounds so damn good in all its full 9:34 minutes of glory with extra lyrics and deep voice from Charles Miller. Take a little trip, Take a little trip and seeeeee. Cant wait for the cd version coming in June. Fantastic release Thank You

Excellent RSD album, my favorite of the bunch for Spring 2025. Some great extended jams, like the nearly 17 minute riff of "Heartbeat" and "Oatmeal Box" is just plain dirty! Love it!

Audio wise this release is great - and amazing to hear never before released extended jams of Low Rider, Heartbeat and Why Can't We Be Friends. Of the new bonus tracks Zorro is the better of the three.
