Utterly blistering, high energy proto-stoner rock, "Only Want You For..." is Buffalo's finest album. This album is an absolute must for all fans of 70's hard rock with punk energy. How this album is not considered one of the finest underground works of the 70's is beyond me. Like Sir Lord Baltimore's "Kingdom Come" LP, there is a uniquely frantic, raw, super heavy vibe to this album. The songwriting is top-notch, the production is flat out awesome, and this record is a legit mind-blower...
