Shout To The Top is one of those great pop songs that has all the write combinations to make it one of the best songs off all time with Weller belting out his white soulful vocals and the joyous sweet strings and those stabbing piano keys and the soulful backing vocals. Which just makes me feel great when I hear this song early in the morning.
