Edited one year agoA typical pressing of its period, focused on medium-low frequencies and with a slightly narrowed soundstage, but at the same time functional and romantically exciting, with some unexpected and pleasant bass boost and some very slight distortions, luckily nothing distracting at all. After years, I finally managed to buy this edition in a physical store, unfortunately not in excellent condition, also already owning two copies of "Lionheart" italian first pressing, practically unlistenable due to IGD, I honestly expected the worst to happen, so I'm pretty satisfied with this one, always considering its release country (italian pressing of foreign artists albums aren't always great) and manufacture period. A more than valid alternative, much more so than the subsequent reissues of the 80s, those with the solid yellow labels, if it weren't for the prices being a little too high nowdays. Also the record weighs quite a bit, always a nice and comfortable feeling to have!
