Released on a gatefold sleeve with a 12-page album sized lyric booklet stapled inside.

This pressing has the same matrix code, machine stamped, as the first issue, but a different back cover, a great STEREO SMLI 1035 printed in black on a rectangle with white background on the upper right corner of the backcover, the original inner sleeve is white with a blue written MADE IN ENGLAND down near the left corner.

First pressings have a back cover with an ''indicator hole'' to let the inner sleeve peep through. Red = mono, blue = stereo.
