Absolutely one of the worst pressing I have ever received new. Disc is completely scuffed while not scratched, same as my vespertine reissue. Avoid pressings by this label

I think I’ve ended up unlucky with my copy because even after my ultrasonic it’s still very poppy. Considering all the other 2022 bjork repressings I’ve heard sound great and from what I can hear from under the crackle this is almost certainly a good sounding pressing. My complaint that applies for everyone is the awful sleeve and discolouration on the label. It’s like it was printed with 50% of the ink it needed.

I agree the pressing sounds great, and am so very happy at the depth of the sound, including the bass on a record of two sides. But I feel it must be mentioned that I love the fact that the sleeve opens vertically, such an obvious dj decision but one that is a huge qol decision for us record headz. And a metalheadz boi from way back.
BTW hi all from Auckland, New Zealand

Firstly, the sound quality of this release is fantastic. As others have mentioned, it’s super dynamic, rich, with really nice punchy bass extension, while retaining a high level of detail and clarity in the mids and highs. Nothing sounds muddy or muted. However, my copy arrived in a thin printed inner, which had split on all sides. This really isn’t an issue as it’s just an inner sleeve, but the thin paper used caused my copy to look like a 40+yr old record that had been sitting in a scratchy generic paper sleeve for decades- I’ve never seen a new record look this scuffed. Some of the scuffs were deep enough to cause some audible pops and surface noise throughout each side, predominantly on the B side. However, for the most part this didn’t detract from my enjoyment of the music as it really is a phenomenal sounding release, and at a really reasonable price point.

Fantastic pressing. Near silent vinyl, and fantastically dynamic music. Only complaint would be that the quality of the paper used for the labels seems low or reminiscent of a bootleg but who cares- very enjoyable listen.

Excellent release. Sounds great - dynamic and rich. Bjork is really shines on this vinyl - I got a lot of pleasure from listening.
Just a few small clicks for the whole record.
